This tower was 2.35 miles south of Cleburne where the Trinity & Brazos Valley (T&BV) Railroad crossed the Gulf Colorado & Santa Fe Railroad. It was abandoned 10/11/32 when the T&BV abandoned their line to Hillsboro.

The above information was gleaned from the interlocker files of the Railroad Commission of Texas which reside at the DeGolyer Library on the campus of Southern Methodist University in Dallas, Texas.
